V2 App On MacOS

For MAC users the password must be synchronized.

After the synchronize settings, you need to reset the V2 password, in order for the configuration
to take the effect.

After the reset of the password, the common steps after this are:

FIRST You will have to download the MRD (Microsoft Remote Desktop) application from the
following link.
Once you download and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop please install the V2 application
for macOS.
After you run the V2 Cloud app It will ask you to allow the certificate and then you will input the
V2 login password.

Finally, the OS password and V2 login should be the same for you to connect successfully.

Close both V2 Cloud and MRD apps, launch V2 Cloud app again, and try connecting
