Kutools for word is a 3rd party program that is used for Macros in word.
These files are saved LOCALLY on
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\ExtendOffice\WordKutools
If you were to change a username through group policy then it will lose the sync with word even
though it stays in the same file.
On word you can connect this again through the kutools 3rd party application.
