Create new outlook profile

In the case of a possible outlook profile corruption please create a new profile.

1. Head to control panel (Search control panel in the searchbar)
2. Search for mail (Outlook) and click on it
   
   

1. Select “Add…”
2. Create name for the new profile
3.  Enter only the email (The other credentials will prompt later)
4. You will receive a congratulations screen once done.
5. Once done, click on the always use this profile, and select the new profile name
