If you try to update an application and get the following pop up it means that this process requires Administrative privileges, you can enter your user’s OS password and username and select “Yes” to continue with the task.
If your user’s credentials are not accepted you will have to reach out to your cloud computer’s administrator to have them assist you with updating the application.
