Black/White screen
- If you are connecting via web browser and you are experiencing either a black or white screen please follow one of these procedures.
White screen
- Please clear the cache of your current browser. For chrome: chrome://settings/clearBrowserDat For edge: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
- Once completed please connect again.
Black screen
- If you get a black screen when using webconnect please click on the full screen option at the top right of your screen, once full screen you can press esc to go back to normal view.
